Measure Your Focus.

Clinical-grade Sustained Attention to Response Task (SART) testing for the modern mind.

The Science of SART

What is it?

The Sustained Attention to Response Task is a computer-based cognitive test designed to measure vigilance and impulse control.

How it works

You will see a rapid sequence of numbers (1-9). Press the spacebar for every number EXCEPT the target number (3).

Why it matters

It helps detect momentary lapses of attention (mind-wandering) and tests your inhibitory control (stopping a habitual response).

Prepare for the Test

  • Numbers 1 through 9 will appear on screen.
  • Press SPACEBAR (or tap screen) for every number.
  • DO NOT press anything when you see the number 3.
  • Be as fast and accurate as possible.

The test takes approximately 1 minute.
